The production process of a stone crusher involves several stages. First, large rocks are transported to the crushing machine through a conveyor belt. The following stages are primary crushing, secondary crushing, tertiary crushing, and screening. Each stage of crushing produces smaller sized stones.
A typical flow chart of a crushing plant involves the following stages:
1. Primary crushing: In this stage, the large rocks are crushed into smaller sized rocks by using a primary crusher.
2. Secondary crushing: In this stage, the smaller sized rocks are further crushed into finer particles using a secondary crusher.
3. Tertiary crushing: In this stage, the finer particles are crushed into even smaller sizes using a tertiary crusher.
4. Screening: After the crushing process, the stones are screened to separate the different sizes of stones.

Raw materials are regularly fed into Primary Jaw Crusher which could reduce 800mm stones into approx.150mm. The half-finished products from Jaw Crusher will be conveyed by Belt Conveyor. #1 and piled up into the transmediate storage hopper. Another small Feeder under the stockpile will feed the amassed material to a Primary Impactor HSI. Fixed with the principal configuration, it can rapidly re-establish the damaged part, and continue to work. This construction of the crusher is effortless to be taken apart and assemble with light weight and small size. With another workers at field by way of their guarantee card can view it and do upkeep. The top area of the shaft is connected with a grinding roller supported by a bridge bearing block, and the bearing block is connected with crossbeam by bolts. The bearings are mounted on the frame sleeve, and the sleeve is connected with the frame by bolts.
After secondary crushing, products will be conveyed bt Belt Conveyor #3 & #5 to the Vibrating Screens for size separation: 0-5mm, 5-20mm, 20-40mm and +40mm. The unrequested products that are larger than 40mm will be returned to the tertiary Cone Crusher S36'' by Belt Conveyor #4 for further crushing, and the final product sizes are 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, 20-40mm respectively.
