Lignite is an important energy and chemical raw material, but because of high moisture content(20% -40%), low calorific value (2700 kcal or so), spontaneous combustion characteristics, it has very low selling prices, limited sales radius, so more and more development and utilization of lignite drying is under taken in domestic and foreign governments and research institutions.

Our designed
Lignite Rotary Dryer(rotary lignite drying machine), in ensuring the lignite is dried without changing the quality, uses low-temperature 4 drying process, the moisture is reduced to less than13%. A drying area under the humidity high temperature at 400 degrees to remove most of the water, to ensure that the chemical composition of brown coal does not change and difficult to burn; Two dry area at room temperature 300 degrees, wind through the high temperature and strong lead in addition to water, to ensure Brown does not coking; Three indoor temperature drying zone 120 -210 degrees, using the broken roller device, repeated impact, dispersed materials, downstream drying; Four drying area for the high exhaust area, room temperature 60 -80 degrees, cited by negative pressure ventilation system was ruled out at low temperature hot water flow.
Structure and Advantages of Lignite Rotary Dryer:
The machine mainly consists of rotary machine, raising plate, transmission device, supporting device and seal rings and other components. The dry machines in our company use the new-type raising plate, which has the functions of guiding, even flow, raising materials etc. The raising plate can make the materials be distributed uniformly to the cross profile in the dryer machine. The material curtain is at the state of thin, even and complete, with completely touching with the hot air flow to reach the purpose of making full use of the heat energy. The consumption of coal and electricity of the dryer in our company can be lower 10% to 15% than the normal dryers, with the production ratio higher than 10% to 15%.
